If you're confused about which file to run, just double-click the file "iDemocracy.exe" inside the "Debug" folder that came with this download. It has a bright yellow icon. You can't miss it!

If you're having some errors getting it to run, make sure you're on either Windows XP or Vista and you have the .NET Framework 3.0 or later installed. iDemocracy will not work well with .NET Framework 2.0 any longer.
你需要 MS .NET Framework 3.0或者更高版本。你的系统如果只有.NET Framework 2.0或者更老那么iDemocracy是无法运行的
